EHPI is an independent property development and investment company operating across North Wales and the North West of England.
We identify and acquire land and property where we believe there is an opportunity to create value. Our projects range from individual properties requiring refurbishment and single building plots through to larger development sites and long-term property investments.
Our approach is simple – we look beyond what a property or piece of land is today and consider what it could become.
We actively source opportunities both on and off market, working directly with property owners, landowners, agents and other property professionals.

Planning plays an important role in many of our projects. We are comfortable considering land and property without planning permission where we believe there is genuine development potential. Where planning is required, EHPI can take responsibility for progressing the proposal and funding the associated professional costs, taking on the time, cost and planning risk involved.
Recent projects have ranged from single dwelling refurbishments and individual building plots through to larger development sites and investment properties. Every opportunity is different, and our flexible approach allows us to determine the best strategy for each individual property or site.

Our interests extend across residential, commercial and specialist property, with a focus on quality assets that offer sustainable income, development potential and opportunities for long-term capital growth.
